Jinya Ramen Bar is Edmonton's Newest Ramen Restaurant! They are a popular North America Ramen chain and they have lots of selections! With large menu selection of appetizers, Ramen and drinks, we went with a few of their media night specials! They have a Geisha display on their brick wall which is one of their most iconic shop displays!
For starts we went with the Iconic Chashu Bao, Plant based Beyond Meat Bao, Aburi Salmon Pressed sushi, Spicy Tuna on Crispy rice and Brussel Sprout tempura
The Chicken Karage would be everyone's favorite as it is juicy and flavourful!
As for Ramen we ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu, Original Tonkotsu and Chicken Ramen! The Broth of the Original Tonkotsu was everyones favorite since the Black Garlic was a bit mild, and Chicken lovers enjoyed the chicken but we think they can add more slices of meat on the Ramen!
They also have a wide selection of drinks like below is a Coffee Cocktail and their very esthetic drink with sugar piece on top!
 
We were quite impressed with the bar since they had lots of selections and would definitely come back for more!
