Refund policy

Our team works hard to ensure orders are processed quickly and correctly, but things happen. If you received a damaged or defective product, wrong product, or are missing something from your order, send an email to support@nomscafe.co

We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns for all items that are returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of delivery. A return shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all returns, and this amount will be deducted from the total refund. Please be aware that bundles are exempt from exchange eligibility.

Bundles must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all the products in the bundle to receive a refund.

Final Sale Products:

All Last Chance products are final sale at the time of purchase, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

International Returns:

For international order returns, kindly reach out to our team directly at support@nomscafe.co for personalized assistance. Please anticipate up to 30 days for our team to complete the refund process for international orders.

To initiate your return process, please send an email to support@nomscafe.co.
Please include the name of the product being returned along with the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your request, you'll have the option to receive a refund either as store credit or back to your original payment method. Please be aware that if you purchased a bundle, you must return all items within the bundle to qualify for a refund.

We will provide a shipping label to return your product. All returns are subject to a $5.99 return shipping fee. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Once submitted, you will have 30 days to send the returned product back to us
