Midori is a Ramen Chain originated from Toronto with first store opened here in Edmonton! They are located Calgary Trail and 34 Ave offering Chicken soup base Ramen!
We started off with their Smoked Duck breast Appetizer served with Shiso Pepper and Yuzu Sauce
We ordered their Signature Tori Paitan, Chicken Ramen with chicken Chasiu, Pork Chasiu, egg, onions, house special Aosa Sea lettuce on thin noodles at $18.99 and Tori Buta, Thick ramen with Pork Chasiu and Egg
The atmosphere was great, wooden interior with green decor as Midori in Japanese means Green!
The Flavours were amazing although the serving portions is a bit small, personally I think it would be better if the portion could be bigger
