PhoEver Banh Mi Subs and Cafe is YEG's Newest Vietnamese Street food restaurant located Northside Griesbach Edmonton! Their specialties are of course Banh Mi, Vietnamese Street food and varieties of Vietnamese Coffee!
The restaurant is quite new with Cafeteria style seating
We ordered a bunch of different varieties of Vietnamese coffee such as original, salted and Coconut milk Coffee! They were all pretty good but the Salted one is most of our favorite!
We ordered one of their most popular Deep fried Shrimp Banh Mi which is a savoury French toast with shrimp but using Banh Mi instead of sliced bread
We ordered another Street food which is a Sizzling Pancake, Egg crepe wrapped with Pork, Lettuce, Beansprout and herbs dip in Fish sauce!
They are also open till 11PM, perfect timing for late night snacks!
