China Marble is a classic Chinese restaurant located Chinatown Edmonton! Since it is Chinatown dining week from now until Jan 28, we went in and tried their current $10 and $20 special!
The first $10 special is the Congee with Soya Sauce Chow mien
The 2nd $10 special item is the Hot and Sour Shrimp Gui Lin Rice Noodle which was my fav! The Shrimp was either grilled or lightly fried, it was very flavourful!
And fo $20 menu item we got the Salmon Fried Rice with seasonal veggies and soup combo
A little history 101 about the store itself, they have been around since the 1940s, making this restaurant a historical building here in Edmonton! The owner displayed some of the previous restaurant menu and receipts all hand written and dated, even phone numbers used to be 5 digits!
