Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from time of payment confirmation. For domestic orders: delivery can take 3-7 business days from the time it leaves our facility. For international orders: delivery can take 7-14 days depending on your local customs, though some may take up to 4 weeks from the time it leaves our facility.

International orders may be subject to added charges by customs, including but not limited to sales and import tax, duties, and any other associated customs clearing charges. We do our best with the tools available in attempts to avoid any extra charges, yet each country has different import processes and ultimately the designated customs office will have the final say. Currently, the shipping cost at checkout is not inclusive of potential duties or import tax, so please keep this in mind with consideration of your local import regulations.

*Any items added to a pre-sale order will be shipped out with the order IN FULL when ALL pre-sale items are ready to ship. Most pre-sale items currently ship around 12-16 weeks after the purchase window closes.

Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. 
If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout.
Transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us.
International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed in transit by our international shipping carrier.
Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We charge you in US Dollars. Once payment has been processed by your local bank, they then convert the charge into your currency. Currency conversion tools are provided for reference only.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and abide by their country's local regulations and policies. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department in the receiving country permits the contents of your order to enter your country and whether duties or tariffs may be collected upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where delivery is refused or rejected by customs, except where required by law. If a package is seized or destroyed by customs due to prohibited items or regulatory restrictions in the destination country and is not returned to us, a refund cannot be issued.
Note: Unless duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.

Delivery confirmation may be limited for shipments without end-to-end tracking, and replacement or refund eligibility may be restricted in such cases.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment, except where otherwise required by law.
